Finally getting some where, I lost 3lbs! kinda don’t feel like I’ve lost this much but last week I had to delve into my wardrobe and get a smaller size jeans out 🙂 so its coming off somewhere. All i’ve done as well is eat…I’ve been making so many recipes its amazing, now I am the type of person who will try a recipe but not usually the amount that I have done this week….
So next week? well id be happy to just continue losing, even if its only 1lb or half!
